If you are in the market to buy or sell a home and you have browsed the internet to review listings, chances are at one point or another you have come across a home on Zillow. Their site has a unique feature they refer to as a “Zestimate” that determines the approximate value of a home based on specific data, market activity, and other things. But the question lies on how accurate is this Zestimate and should it be used outside a professional Realtor® opinion. More than one person has started to question it.
